Consent to personal data processing

By sending a request on https://evolvedesign.ru and ticking “I consent to the processing of my personal data”, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give specific, informed, conscious and unambiguous consent to the processing of my personal data on the following terms.

1. Controller

Sole proprietor Matvey Alekseevich Bobryashov, taxpayer ID (INN) 645329808466, registration number (OGRNIP) 325645700109091, address: Saratov, Russia, email: work@evolvedesign.ru.

2. Purpose

Reviewing my request and contacting me to discuss the project and prepare a proposal.

3. Data covered

Name; Telegram username or phone number; preferred timeline and project type, if provided; website language version, the page the request was sent from, date and time of submission.

4. Operations and methods

Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, blocking, deletion and destruction, both automated and manual. Data is stored in databases in the Russian Federation, is not disclosed and is not transferred abroad. Storage may be entrusted to a hosting provider in Russia.

5. Term and withdrawal

This consent is valid for 12 months from the date of the request or until withdrawn. I can withdraw it by emailing work@evolvedesign.ru with the subject “Consent withdrawal”. After receiving the withdrawal, the Controller stops processing and destroys the data within 30 days unless the law provides otherwise.
