Smart Docs is a platform for working with corporate data. Its public image needs to convey the product’s structure and scale without reducing complex technology to vague promises.

Growing volumes of corporate data made information harder to reach and slowed decisions; the product needed clear business-facing communication.

We ran research, packaged the brand, produced a brand book, visual identity, graphics and print materials, then designed and built the website on Webflow. The visual system reflects the product’s structure and scalability.

In four months Smart Docs gained positioning, a brand book, visual identity, print materials and a website — the product now reads as a technology solution for business.
